Team members inherit a pricing plan of a team owner. Sometimes, you need to change the team Owner to one, who has an appropriate price plan or just to another team member.

Note: You can change a team Owner only to a user that is Admin.

Learn the instruction below:

1 Go you your Short.io account.

2. Open the User menu.

3. Click Teams.

4. Open a needed Team.

5. Click More button (3 dots).

6. Click Transfer.

6. Choose an email of a user that will be the Owner.

After that the team will be transferred to the team member.
